Salad with dried figs, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes

Materials
• 1 french salad and 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 cup chopped red lola
• 6 dried figs E. & D. KONTOS SA finely chopped
• 150 gr. variety of appetizers E. & D. KONTOS SA (contains artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamon olives)
• 1 slice of halloumi
• 3 crushed walnuts
• 1 tbsp. olive oil

Implementation

Wash the salad, lola and spinach and dry well. Cut them in a salad bowl and add the dried figs, the variety of appetizers E. & D. KONTOS SA, the nuts and mix them well. Bake the halloumi lightly on the grill on both sides or in the toaster to soften. For the dressing add 2 tablespoons of the aromatic oil of the jar of appetizers E. & D. KONTOS SA with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pour over the salad
